Return Policy

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on special orders or items over 15 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer’s warranty ONLY.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Nevada will be charged the applicable sales tax.  If a return is accepted and the merchandise is refunded the sales tax shall likewise be refunded.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply.

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.
